Of course, there are those of us who absolutely Love chocolate, and spend countless hours dreaming up ways to have more chocolate in our lives. If you are lucky enough to live in Vancouver, and you want more chocolate in your life, XOXOLAT has created the ‘Chocolate 101′ class.

Making chocolate is a scientific process, but there is still a bit of magic to it. From the enchanted forests that are cacao farms, to the manufacturing plant, every step along the way determines the final quality of the chocolate. The result is combination of art and science.

At ‘Chocolate 101′ you’ll learn all about the process, from the ‘bean to the bar’. Find out where chocolate comes from, talk about cacao beans and cacao pods, sample exciting and unexpected flavours like Sour Cherry & Chilli. It’s also a great way to meet new Vancouver friends who share your passion, and fall in love with chocolate all over again!

These classes are extremely popular as you might expect. The next available classes are March 31, April 6, 12, 15, 19th.
